PT United is a co-op owned and operated by PT business owners: not a national distributor with shareholders to satisfy. That means our incentives align with your clinic's success. We leverage collective purchasing power to get better pricing, and we offer services no traditional distributor does: SupplyStream technology, clinic installations, equipment repair, and succession planning.

Our primary partners are PT clinic owners and operators, but we also work with multi-discipline practices, hospital outpatient departments, and other rehab-focused facilities. Contact us and we'll let you know if you're a good fit.

SupplyStream access is included as part of your PT United partnership. There are no extra platform fees: the value comes from the savings and efficiency you gain. Contact us for full partnership terms.

Response times depend on your location and the type of equipment. Most on-site service visits are scheduled within 3–5 business days. For urgent situations, we prioritize PT United partners. Mail-in depot repair typically takes 5–10 business days.

Absolutely. Many clinics start by adding SupplyStream for specific product categories or to consolidate invoicing, then migrate more of their ordering over time as they see the value. There's no requirement to order exclusively through PT United.

When your clinic recommends or prescribes products to patients, they purchase them through your clinic's branded E-Store portal. PT United fulfills the order directly to the patient's home, and your clinic receives a revenue share on every purchase: monthly, via check or ACH.
